Amid ongoing abuse and sexual assault allegations, Diddy has been seen enjoying life, sparking strong reactions from Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, and another victim’s attorney. Despite the gravity of the legal battles and numerous lawsuits against him, the music mogul appears unbothered, continuing to live lavishly.
Footage recently surfaced showing Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, rafting and boarding his private jet. In response, Wigdor told TMZ, “I don’t think white water rafting will prepare him for the choppy waters that lie ahead.” Similarly, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, representing Adria English, expressed her client’s determination, stating, “Seeing Defendant Combs enjoying life despite all the atrocities he has caused and been accused of by countless individuals over decades, Mrs. English is even more motivated to ensure justice prevails.”

Mitchell-Kidd highlighted the stark contrast between the plaintiffs and Diddy, noting, “Mrs. English and all the other Plaintiffs who have filed lawsuits against Defendant Combs are individuals with limited resources fighting for justice after being marginalized, abused, and exploited by a billionaire.”
The attorneys dismissed Diddy’s recent actions, including selling his California home, as attempts to portray financial hardship. “We are not moved by Defendant Combs’ recent attempt at selling his California home or attempt to portray himself as a man of scarcity when, for decades, Defendant Combs has touted himself as an ultra-successful billionaire of multiple businesses,” Wigdor stated.
The allegations against Diddy gained significant attention in November 2023, when Cassie accused him of rape and abuse in a lawsuit. Although they settled the case for an undisclosed amount shortly after, a video from 2016 surfaced, showing Diddy assaulting Cassie. Cassie has since publicly thanked her supporters for their unwavering love.
Additionally, reports indicate that a grand jury is currently reviewing evidence related to Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking and other crimes. As the legal proceedings continue, Cassie and other plaintiffs eagerly await the outcome.
Wigdor concluded by emphasizing the plaintiffs’ resolve, saying, “We look forward to not only our day in court but also the day when justice is served for all the plaintiffs and the actions of the federal government in protecting their citizens from people like Defendant Combs.”
