R&B superstar Ne-Yo has recently shed light on his approach to polyamorous relationships, making it clear that when it comes to love, he doesn’t see any limits—except perhaps financial ones. During a casual encounter with TMZ on August 20 in Beverly Hills, the singer was asked about his two current girlfriends and whether he intends to expand his circle of relationships.
Ne-Yo, known for hits like “So Sick,” responded with a laid-back attitude, stating, “No specific cap, just depends on who I vibe with and who vibes with me.” He even joked about the possibility of having multiple partners, saying, “As many as you can afford.”
The conversation took a deeper turn when the reporter brought up fellow artist Omarion’s recent revelation of being celibate for three years. Ne-Yo responded with respect for Omarion’s decision, calling it a “spiritual decision,” but admitted he wasn’t sure if he could make the same commitment.

In addition to discussing his relationships, Ne-Yo also teased his upcoming Champagne & Roses tour, where his girlfriends are expected to join him. He first went public with his polyamorous relationships in April, sparking widespread conversation.
When asked about the idea of legalizing polygamous marriages, Ne-Yo didn’t hold back his views. “I feel like in the realm of love and romance, you should let people do whatever the hell they want to do,” he stated. “Can’t see how it’s hurting anybody.”
Ne-Yo, who has seven children from previous relationships, was married to Crystal Renay from 2016 until their split in 2023. His open-minded approach to relationships has certainly sparked interest and debate, as he continues to live life on his own terms.
