Blac Chyna and her fiancé Derrick Milano are so confident in their love that a prenuptial agreement isn’t part of their wedding plans. During an appearance on Angela Yee’s Lip Service, the couple revealed their mutual decision to forgo a prenup, citing their unwavering belief in their relationship’s longevity.
Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, said the couple hasn’t even discussed a prenup. “There won’t be a prenup because we’re not getting divorced. That’s it,” the 36-year-old TV personality and model affirmed.
Milano, a 30-year-old rapper and songwriter, echoed her sentiments, adding that both partners respect each other’s property and independence. “She has her cars, her house, her Sprinter—that’s all hers. I have my stuff, that’s mine. I’m not one of those people who says, ‘Oh, you need to do one,’” he explained.
The couple, who have been together for over a year, got engaged in a heartfelt proposal during Howard University’s homecoming Yardfest on October 18. Milano serenaded Chyna with Mario’s Let Me Love You before dropping to one knee and presenting her with a ring. The emotional moment, captured on video, showed Chyna visibly moved as she embraced Milano.

Milano later shared snippets of the proposal on Instagram, alongside a clip of himself playing the song 13 years ago, and a moment of him and Chyna sharing a romantic connection while the track played in the background.
Chyna, who was previously engaged to Rob Kardashian and rapper Tyga, has two children—one with each of her ex-fiancés. Reflecting on her new chapter with Milano, she seems optimistic about the future. The couple’s confidence in their bond has taken the question of a prenup entirely off the table, with both asserting their commitment to making their relationship last.
