Ayesha and Stephen Curry have officially introduced their new family of five to the world, sharing the first photo of their newest addition, baby Caius. The couple welcomed their fourth child on May 11, and Ayesha recently posted a heartwarming picture of the family in natural tones, posing outdoors with their three older children—Canon, 6, Ryan, 9, and Riley, 12. The touching photo was simply captioned, “My little family. So grateful.”
In a recent interview with SheKnows, Ayesha opened up about how her children have embraced baby Caius, sharing that her daughters, Ryan and Riley, have been particularly helpful. “We’re lucky — all the kids have embraced the new baby, and my girls, being a little older, have even been helping me around the house,” she explained. “The baby has made back-to-school so much more exciting. The kids are thrilled to get in the car after school to give him kisses.”
The Currys were already beloved for their adorable family moments, but Ayesha gave deeper insight into their decision to expand their family. In a personal essay for her publication Sweet July, she revealed that for many years, she and Stephen believed they were done having children. “We said, ‘Three, that’s it, we’re not doing this again,’” she shared.

However, last year, the couple had a change of heart. “For me, the decision came from always feeling like somebody was missing. I would load up the car and think, ‘Oh, I forgot something.’ But nobody was forgotten. It started to turn my brain a little bit. Maybe somebody was missing.”
Caius may be new to the world, but he’s already had a taste of adventure. The infant accompanied his family to Paris, where he was spotted with his mom and dad during the 2024 Olympics. He even witnessed his father, Stephen Curry, win his first Olympic gold medal with Team USA’s men’s basketball team, though Caius was likely sleeping through most of the excitement.
As the Curry family continues to grow, fans eagerly anticipate more precious moments with baby Caius and his siblings. The Currys remain one of the most beloved and wholesome celebrity families, and it’s clear that their journey as a family of five has just begun.
