Rapper DDG has taken a strong stand against social media users who have shared negative comments about his and Halle Bailey’s son, Baby Halo. The proud father didn’t hold back in defending his six-month-old son from online criticism.
On Thursday, July 4, DDG addressed the issue on social media, expressing his frustration over the comments. He shared that the past six months have been a long journey of keeping Baby Halo out of the public eye. Despite the negativity, DDG emphasized his confidence in his son’s undeniable charm. “There’s no baby more handsome than my son,” he stated.

In his impassioned response, DDG said, “I saw a few poor, broke, dirty, fat-back… on Instagram talking about my son, and it just makes me so angry and mad. But then I realize my son is richer than them, and he has a more successful life. He’s in Italy at six months old, he’s been around the world already, and they’re broke, poor… probably on welfare still, and they’re grown, probably living with their momma.”
DDG concluded his remarks by urging those with negative opinions about his son to keep their thoughts confined to the internet. He reiterated his protective nature, saying, “I’m overprotective about my family and my son.” His response highlights his commitment to shielding Baby Halo from negativity and ensuring his well-being.
