Justin Combs, the 30-year-old son of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has reportedly found himself blacklisted from renting luxury homes in Los Angeles due to allegations of disruptive partying. Known for his extravagant lifestyle, Justin has been accused of hosting large, unapproved gatherings at high-end rental properties, leaving some landlords unwilling to do business with him.
A Southern California luxury broker, speaking anonymously to The New York Post, alleged that Justin often misrepresented his party plans to property owners. “He’d say, ‘I’m having 20 people over,’ but it would turn into 200, and the house would be wrecked,” the broker claimed. This behavior, they noted, has led to landlords blacklisting him from accessing premium rental properties in the area.
Despite these claims, Justin’s attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, defended him, emphasizing that no legal actions or charges have been filed against his client. “Justin has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason – he did nothing wrong,” Lichtman stated.
Justin, seemingly unbothered by the allegations, continues to share glimpses of his lavish lifestyle on social media, often featuring high-profile parties with friends and moments with his father, Diddy.

The younger Combs’s penchant for hosting extravagant parties has drawn comparisons to his father, whose legendary all-white parties between 1998 and 2009 became cultural phenomena. Diddy himself described these events as spaces for blending hip-hop culture with high society, telling Oprah Winfrey in 2006 that his gatherings united people from all walks of life, including celebrities, socialites, and friends from his Harlem roots.
This isn’t Justin’s first brush with controversy. Earlier this year, Porsche Leasing LTD filed a lawsuit against him, claiming $190,000 in unpaid fees for a leased Bentley. Lichtman clarified the situation, attributing the dispute to a mailing address error and assuring that the issue would be resolved.
While allegations of reckless partying have tarnished Justin’s reputation among luxury property owners, his lawyer insists the claims lack substance. With no formal charges or lawsuits tied to these accusations, Justin continues to navigate life in the spotlight, his social media presence a testament to his unabashed enjoyment of luxury and celebration—a legacy inherited from his iconic father.
