Atlanta rapper and actor T.I. has revealed that his 20-year-old son, King Harris, is expecting his first child. The news came to light during an interview on Hot 107.9, where T.I. casually mentioned that he’s about to become a grandfather once again.
During the interview, T.I. was discussing his son Domani’s recent purchase of furniture for his new home when he dropped the news that King Harris is also preparing to welcome a child. “He just became a father so I got two grandchildren now,” T.I. shared, adding with a smile, “I got two granddaughters, I got a grandson on the way. King’s about to have a son. And I told him, I’m gonna make this the greatest gangster of all time.”
In a playful tone, T.I. joked about his plans for his soon-to-arrive grandson, vowing to teach him the ways of the world, much like he did with King. “I’m gonna help raise him to torture you the way you tortured me,” he laughed. “I promise you there will be an indictment in this young one.”

King Harris has yet to publicly comment on the news, and the identity of the child’s mother has not been disclosed.
This new addition to the family marks T.I.’s third grandchild. Earlier this year, his son Domani welcomed a daughter, while his stepdaughter, Zonnique Pullins, gave birth to a daughter in 2020.
Despite the excitement surrounding King’s impending fatherhood, T.I. recently expressed a bit of surprise at his son’s struggle to spell a simple word during an appearance on 2 Chainz’s podcast, Me & Halo. Considering T.I.’s well-known love for vocabulary, he couldn’t help but be taken aback when King stumbled over the spelling of “tomorrow.”
While T.I. has been nothing but supportive of his children’s endeavors, especially in their musical careers, it’s clear that the proud grandfather is also ready to pass on some life lessons to the next generation.
