According to court documents obtained by *In Touch*, Tina has agreed to pay Richard $300,000 as part of the divorce settlement. The documents indicate that neither party will receive ongoing spousal support. Regarding the division of assets, Tina has been awarded several significant items, including a 2018 Tesla, a 2020 Bentley, her book deal with Penguin Random House for *Matriarch*, and a 1% interest in Kirby Beauty Management LLC. Additionally, she retains all creative works and personal assets generated during their marriage, along with various furniture and artwork.
On the other hand, Richard will keep a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, along with various bank and retirement accounts, and all funds owed to Richard Lawson Studios. He also retains royalties and any creative works produced during their time together. However, he is solely responsible for all expenses related to the Cadillac.

The couple’s settlement also includes a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that prevents either party from speaking negatively about the other. This clause extends to their children and grandchildren, ensuring that the privacy of the Knowles and Lawson families remains protected.
Specifically, the agreement emphasizes that neither party will discuss the private lives of any current or future grandchildren in public or media settings.
