Aoki Lee Simons, 21, daughter of Russell Simons , was spotted with restaurateur Vittorio Assaf, 65, during a romantic vacation to St. Barts on Tuesday.
He was 44 years old when she was born.
Aoki’s Dad, Russell Simmons was 35 when he started dating her mum, Kimora Lee Simmons, who was 17 and in high school at the time.
